8 Things You Need for Your Gym Bag
1. A Good Pair of Headphones
These Song headphones have great noise canceling and are super comfortable. If you’re into a chunkier look these are perfect for you.
2. Lifting Straps
Lifting straps are a must! I used to be embarrassed wearing straps at the gym but the amount of progress I’ve made continuing to increase my weight helped me get over that! Now I’m rarely not using them + there are so many fun colors you can get. These are just two straps I’ve tired and loved.
3. A Water Bottle
I love a big water bottle with a handle. The HydroJug is perfect in so many ways. Great color selection and leak proof lid.
4. Deodorant
As a very sweaty gym girl (at the gym AND outside of the gym) this deodorant is so good. odor control that actually keeps the odor away and antiperspirant (to a reasonable extent)
5. Perfume Oil
No notes! I love this product. It would last dayz if it wasn’t washed off. The best vanilla scent I’ve ever smelt. I get so many compliments whenever I wear it + super cheap which makes it perfect to just throw in your bag and not worry about it.
6. Resistance Bands
Dynamic stretching is a must before working out. Adding in a couple stretches that use resistance bands have changed the game for me! Now I never skip stretching.
7. Lifting Belt
I don’t max out as much as I used to on my compound movements, but I still find myself occasionally reaching for a lifting belt. This is just the one I use! A lot of great options out there.
8. Progress Tracking Book
Getting a book that you can keep track of your progress is a great way to stay motivated!
